Returns

Our policy is only valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. So we advise that you open your order as soon as you receive it. Try everything on and check out how good you look in front of the mirror! If there are any problems let us know immediately, so we can be in a position to help you. If you are happy with your new purchase, then please feel free to return to posing in front of the mirror once again!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. All tags must still be in place. It must also be in the original packaging. The hygiene seal on the bikinis must also still be in place please.

The shipping cost incurred for returning items to Paraiba for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us unfortunately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by one of our Paraíba team members, we will send you an email. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds/Exchanging Bikinis:

Girls (or boys), if you are exchanging a bikini, you only need to return the piece that you wish to exchange.

However, for a refund, the full set must be returned. That means both the bikini top and the bikini bottoms.

Exchange:

Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. For example, if you decide that you love the swim shorts that you just bought but you also quite fancy them in a second colour, we strongly recommend doubling up on the Paraíba love and purchasing another pair!

How do I organize a return?

All you need to do is email returns@paraibabeachwear.com and we will give you a return code.

Please note that we are not liable for the loss of your product being returned. So we strongly recommend that you use a registered postal service to return the product to us, and please keep a record of the tracking number. If need be, stick a post it note of the tracking number on your mums fridge- next to the photo of you as an 8 year old with an embarrassing haircut and no front teeth!

Where do I send my return to?

We have a warehouse based in the U.K. and one based in sunny Mexico.
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your return code to you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE/RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

We always try our very best to process your return as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 15 days during busy periods.
